Your request of an exchange or a return should be made within 14 days. The item should be unworn, unwashed with all labels intact.
After a confirmation mail from our team, you may deliever the item via a trusted courier company.
All items must be sent with the note "Sample - No Commercial Value" on the invoice and the package value must be under 10 USD to prevent customs problems. Please note that Diza Gabo is not responsible for the return delivery charges and customs fees and duties of returning products.
Once the item reaches our headquarters in ‘Balat Mah. Bey Sokak No:21 C/A Nilüfer/Bursa Turkey’, we will verify its integrity and proceed with the request (either an exchange or a return).
Returns will be made in the orginal payment method with the same currency of the specific purchase.
