Orders will usually be dispatched within 3-5 business days but a 7 day allowance should be considered during our high sales period because preparation may take slightly longer.
We deliver your orders from our headquarters in Bursa, Turkey. Your courirer will be delivered to your address within 2-7 days, depending on your region.
Diza Gabo insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have a specified recipient or different delivery address, then you accept that evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Diza Gabo and transfer responsibility in the same way.
If the shipping company claims to have delivered the package to you, but you state that you did not receive the package, you must first contact with the shipping company with the tracking number we have given to you. In this process, the shipping company will request your written statement and create a file to investigate. Once this file is created, you can contact us at email@example.com and complete the process. Since the problem is caused by the shipping company, unfortunately, we are not authorized to investigate the research process to be carried out by the shipping company. Therefore, Diza Gabo has no responsibility in this regard.
